A fantastic performer for anything from varmint to medium game including antelope and deer, this is a very nice cartridge that while not as popular as the .243, outperforms it in every metric. This is an 80 grain load that excels for trajectory, flight pattern, stability and range over most of the competitors in its size range. The soft point projectile in this Federal ammunition offers good performance on game animals, and doesn’t detract much from the shooting or target aspects of the load.

Not as popular as it once was, loyalists know exactly what they are getting each time they pull the trigger with the 6mm Remington. It is flat shooting, fast and offers great wind shedding capabilities even with a soft point tipped bullet. The static ballistics on the round a very nice for medium game with 3400 feet per second velocity and 2053 ft. lbs. of energy at the muzzle.

Federal Power-Shok is a hunting staple and has performed for many years on game of all types. The company has substantial production quality protocols in place to ensure reliable top-quality ammunition is coming out of their facilities – you can bank on Federal reliability and performance. This is a reloadable Boxer primed cartridge.
