It is time to stock up on some cheap 7.62x39mm ammo for your AK or SKS, before the next run on the market happens.
This ammo is manufactured in Russia, and comes loaded with a 122 grain full metal jacket bullet. This load for 7.62x39 is excellent for range training and is almost the exact same bullet weight that the Soviet military would have used. And in true Russian fashion, this ammo is loaded using non-corrosive Berdan primers, and a steel casing.
Also, this ammo might be loaded with a zinc plated bullet instead of a copper plated bullet. Tula started plating their bullets with zinc, instead of copper, to save money, and to provide its customers with a bullet that causes less barrel wear.

so I just got done dumping 600 rounds out of the zpap m70 and my p92 and had zero malfunctions or failures of any kind, well besides me obviously needing to practice my reloads... Absolutely flawless ordering process. Very simple to upload info (where I live we have foid card so needed to send documentation to bulkammo.com). Very quickly my order was sent through without a hitch. My only issue was upon arrival.. My ammo box (cardboard) said 7.62x39, various ammunition designations affixed to the exterior, and said the Tula branding on the box. Not a super super huge deal.. But considering the post man (Not the fault of this company) left it outside on the ground in front of my residence... Kind of ticked me off. Also, hard to tell if it was the aforementioned shitty postal worker or bulkammo.com, but, the box was also smashed fairly badly and was loosely still held together by the remaining edge cardboard and tape. The bottom was almost completely open. I did check and all of the rounds seem fine and all of them were still there... So no problem with anything not being ''in'' the box. Just wanted to mention it just ''barely was'' in there. As far as the ammo itself. So I have a Romanian WASR-10UF AK variant imported by Century Arms. The ammo fed/functioned FLAWLESSLY, as to be expected of tula ammo in an AK variant. No bad rounds and my firearm ate it up. Nice consistent rounds. Mostly shooting at 50 yard targets so don't assume I'm saying it'll stack holes at 500 yards, but it functioned very well. Had a lot of misfires, one every magazine or more, primer was struck but round didn’t fire, even sent my rifle in because I was worried, but it was found to be the ammo. Put a damper on a class I was in. Switched to wolf (similar price) and all the issues stopped. Maybe it was a bad batch, but I’m done with Tula (Posted on 4/23/2020)

Ive shot well over 2000 rounds from my ak and never cleaned it and never one missfire. In my first 100 rounds I had 3 that did not fire. Since then I'd say it's been 1-4 rounds per 100. At the range that's fine, for a cheap "prep" ammo that would be deadly!!! In a firefight it would suck and if thing are hectic you could think you were empty and drop a half full mag. (I wish all AK mags had BHO!!!) New rifle, strong springs, no issues with other ammo.
Accuracy wise at close range (50-100 yds) it did great. I was sighting in a new optic and while WAY off, my first 3 shots (that fired) were all touching!!! Made it very easy to adjust and now I have very consistent groups of 1-2". For a self taught shooter shooting bulk ammo that seems pretty good from what I have read!?!? (Posted on 10/29/2015)

AKs will eat up the cheapest ammo you can run through them, and right now this is it. Put 1000s through my wasr-10 in rain and snow without any misfires. This is by no means match grade ammo, but for training/fun etc, you can't go wrong here. (Posted on 10/25/2015)

This ammunition is loaded with a copper plated, bi-metal jacket projectile. This means that while the core of the bullet is lead, the jacket of the bullet is made by layering copper and steel and pressing it together.
