Q: what kind of range distances can I expect..less than 50 yds??

A: Thanks for reaching out Ernie! Expect the same kind of ballistic performance from this ammo as you'd expect from any conventional 9mm 115gr FMJ range loads. The 9mm's effective range is widely considered to be 100 meters, and this round's drop at 100 yards is -9.2" (assuming you've got a 4" barrel and you're zeroed in at 25 yards, that is).
