500 rounds of a proven 9x19 cartridge for law enforcement use by a company that has been outperforming in delivery of promises for more than 150 years: Winchester. The modern Ranger ammunition may not have always been around during that 150 year history but it has been based and built around the defining functions and ideology that has kept Winchester as a viable, well-loved company that entire time. This is a great performing round with the 115 grain projectile that is engineered by Winchester for performance on target and expansion at entry on a threat. The well-made projectile is just a single part of the equation. The brass cartridge casing and Boxer primer make this an easily reloadable round, offering more value to the shooter too.
The price point for the performance is very good. You are getting a case lot of ammunition that is packaged as 10 boxes of 50 cartridges per box with a set of static ballistic numbers that looks like this: 1225 feet per second velocity and 383 pound feet of energy at the muzzle. This round is made for law enforcement, but is more than suitable for concealed carry or personal protection needs by the average shooter.
