I bought this ammo because it was a bulk pack and i thought it would perform good and be cheaper to shoot. I was wrong I had 2 bullets not fire and then one broke as it went off in the chamber and shot gun powder back at me (Posted on 4/12/2020)

Bulk ammo is always great to work with, but this ammo.... Small physical imperfections on ammo cause regular jams in my 10-22, browning buck mark and walther p-22. I'll not purchase again. (Posted on 5/24/2017)

I have the 333 pack of 22 hollow points. These are not good in semi auto at all. They cycle the action well but the quality is not there. Because of the inconsistency of the copper plating there are burrs and pieces of plating that hang up or break off causing feeding issues. Plenty of power to operate the guns but the failure to feed and hangups are too plenty. Also a lot of loose bullets as well. These were shot in a M&P 15-22, Ruger SR-22 and a Savage 6A. No problem with the accuracy just probably not the best for my guns. The Federal Auto Match works superbly in the same guns but those are a RN bullet as opposed the HP. (Posted on 1/22/2017)

I've shoot this ammo for years and never had issues. I shoot a S&W M&P15-22, a Walther UZI Pistol 22LR and a bolt action 22 that was made in 1936. The ammo is great for plinking targets and just practicing at the range. The CPHP is clean and easy on the gun. (Posted on 1/15/2015)

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, 1 out of 5 rounds fails to feed or to eject in my ruger 10/22 carbine. I've used mainly cheap ammo and never had any issues with this gun before. Accuracy is also pretty subpar. (Posted on 12/21/2014)

Out of ever mag. i had at least one FTF and FTE. Very disappointed in this ammo.. Oh and by the way that was shooting from a Smith, Browning, and Taurus 22 rifle. I would take the FTF out of one and put in either or both the other firearms. I still would not fire. (Posted on 7/20/2014)

Using a Smith and Wesson MP 22 I averaged 2 FTE out of 5 using Winchester 333 most every time shooting 100 rounds. I had 0 FTEs shooting 2 other brands before and after the Winchester 333 ammo. (Posted on 2/22/2014)

Frequent jams in Intratec TEC-22. At first I thought, though they're 1280 fps, due to insufficient power.
Later, had the same behavior in a Bersa Firestorm FS-22

I now believe it has more to do with the flattened nose causing it to catch or stick on something and interfering with a smooth feed.

No problem with them at all in a tubular magazine fed Bolt action rifle or 22 revolver. (Posted on 10/23/2012)

I bought these for my Ruger SR22 pistol. I had previously run a few other brands including some really cheap bargain store rounds. Those all worked but this Winchester white box has 2-3 FTE's per 10 rnd mag! Apparently it does not kick the slide back enough to chamber another round. This is the only ammo that does this so it's possible it's a bad box. I will say this when it does shoot it's very accurate. But the FTE's are just too annoying to deal with. (Posted on 5/20/2012)

I just got back from from the range after putting 110 - 120 rounds of these through my Marlin 795. I would give them an 8 out of 10 for accuracy. They did a pretty nice job. My target was a 2 inch by 2 inch square spinner, set at 40 yds out and I was using the stock sights. I hit it about 7-8 times out of a ten round clip. After that I shot 20 rounds through rapidly to see how they would do. Through the day not a single misfire or jam. Ran a couple patches through the bore after with Hoppes 9 solvent, very little fowling/residue. I would use again. (Posted on 4/9/2012)

I tried these out on my accurized 10/22 and couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. This is coming from a gun that is a tack driver (single hole 10 rounds @ 50 yds).

Even though I say buy it for kids plinking, I wouldn't even do that because I wouldn't want them to feel bad for missing shot that aren't their fault.

there ok, I think out of the entire box I had about 12 or so jam on me. not a problem for a bolt action rifle but not great either. the problem with these for me is that because they are lighter the hollow point is bigger and a little more deformed which causes them to jam more. just be sure you know your gun and your ammunition.
