There are many pros to joining the Army. Take the freebies, for example. You get free dental floss. Free deodorant. Even free foot powder – perfect for patriots who take pride in their toes. But the best freebie of all? That’s gotta be the 5.56x45mm M193 ammunition.
Not in the Army? Then we’re afraid you’ll have to find your own foot powder. No point in looking proper M193, though, because you’ve just found it.
Global Ordnance’s military-grade 5.56 ammo satisfies NATO and U.S. military specifications. It’s loaded with 55 grain full metal jacket projectiles, which are the standard for combat (albeit most commonly favored by civilians for target shooting). Each bullet is very close in weight and shape to its brothers and sisters, with a lead core and copper-alloy jacket that make it unable to attract a magnet.
This ammo’s propellant is formulated to generate consistent pressure and muzzle velocity in extreme temperatures. It is new ammo – straight out of the Kirkee Arsenal of India – with contemporary noncorrosive Boxer primers and freshly cut reloadable brass cases to show for it.
