Rice. Chicken. Aircraft parts. These wonderful things all come from the great state of Arkansas. There’s little wonder why it’s called “The Wonder State.”
But Arkansas makes something that is even better than ingredients for making chicken fried rice or airplanes. It’s called “9mm ammo,” and you can buy four big buckets of it right now.
You may use Remington UMC 9mm 115 grain JHP ammo a couple of different ways. It is practical for defense, albeit not your best choice for your everyday carry. It’s manufactured to lower (but still good) standards than the top-shelf self-defense loads (although a bucket full of hollow points wouldn’t be the worst thing to have during an emergency). It is excellent for target shooting – not just because of its relatively lower price tag, but because it is loaded with low-recoiling, nonmagnetic, and consistently accurate projectiles. Good for ported barrels and muzzle devices, also!
Remington doesn’t load UMC ammo with reloaded brass. Each round gets a shiny new reloadable case, as well as Remington’s famously trusty Kleanbore primer.
