It’s not our fault that so few kinds of 32 H&R Magnum ammunition are available! It’s just not a popular cartridge, and foreign companies almost never manufacture it.
But at the end of the day, that’s all right. At least we’ve got American juggernauts like Remington to pick up the slack. If you want proof that Big Green is looking out for you, go ahead and give Performance WheelGun a spin!
This round’s bullet is the revolver enthusiast’s preferred semi-wadcutter. It’s a mostly cylindrical projectile, with a sharp-cornered shoulder that helps it snip the absolute cleanest hole possible through paper. The SWC is your best choice of bullet if you want to witness just how narrow you’re grouping. And although it cannot expand, the SWC is preferable for defense over the FMJ or LRN owing to the broad (albeit still 0.312” diameter) wound channel it gouges.
This round’s 1,020 fps muzzle velocity is relatively mild in light of its bullet’s 95 grain weight. That gives it pretty nice recoil in addition to dependable Kleanbore primers and reloadable brass cases.
