This round’s JHP is on the heavy side at 147 grains. It’s subsonic, so it’s perfect for a suppressor or indoor situations when you want to avoid deafening yourself. The JHP’s nose cavity is blocked by its signature X-shaped shield. This shield is substantial enough to prevent the cavity from choking up with debris when it passes through a barrier or thick clothing, but yields under pressure from soft tissue.
