A: Thanks for reaching out DL! This round has a 1,020 fps muzzle velocity out of a 16" test barrel.

A: It sure is. Hornady gives this round a 1,020 fps muzzle velocity out of a 16" barrel, which is 105 fps slower than the speed of sound. Good for a suppressed firearm because of it.
