While it may not be very fast, this round’s bullet is plenty accurate. The OTFB features a form-fitted lead core for superior rotational stability, and its flat base creates the most uniform possible surface for propellant gasses to push up against during ignition. Do take note that this bullet isn’t engineered to expand in soft tissue – the opening in its tip is there because the lead core was poured through it during the bullet’s creation.
This loose-packed ammo has Remington’s standard brass cases, which are by all means reliable and reloadable, as well as non-corrosive primers and clean-burning propellant. Great for target shooting, nighttime varmint hunts and home defense when you don’t want to drive yourself deaf!
