The V-MAX reliably produces dramatic expansion – accompanied by explosive fragmentation – following impact at velocities as low as 1,600 fps.
The V-MAX’s accuracy is so great that you might wonder whether it’s a miniature heat-seeking missile. Its external ballistics are optimized by its exceedingly concentric AMP jacket, sharp polymer tip, swaged lead core, and flat base which provides a clean, even surface for propellant gasses to push against.
