This Express XLR 12 Gauge ammo by Remington isn’t meant for large game. It is meant for large small game. Think animals that are tougher than turkeys but smaller than pigs, and you’ll get the picture!
This shell is loaded with #2 shot, one pellet of which measures 0.15” in diameter (and not to be confused with #2 buck shot, which is 0.27” diameter). A 1-1/4 ounce payload of #2 lead shot contains 109 individual pieces, so you’ll still witness a satisfactorily dense spread even for having chosen such large birdshot.
