Do you like snake-themed packaging? Then it is time to purchase an absolutely behemoth quantity of Remington Don’t Tread On Me. This case of ammo harbors four lidded tubs of Golden Bullet 22 LR ammunition, with Gadsden flag snakes on their labels. Cool!
Don’t use this ammo for snake hunting unless you’re really sure of your aim. It’s loaded with 36 grain copper-plated hollow point projectiles (technically branded as “brass”-plated hollow points, but any differences between the two bullets are too insignificant to justify the distinction). They’re plated in brass (as you may already have inferred), which helps reduce (not eliminate) lead fouling. They’re light, and cruise on out of a rifle’s barrel at 1,280 fps (supersonic) before carrying on across a flat trajectory. They’re also built for terminal expansion, which makes them extra unhealthy to hares, squirrels, and other small game.
Keep the four buckets as you empty them. Fill them with sand and tie them to the corners of the tarpaulin you use to keep your firewood dry. That’s high-IQ behavior.
