Ammo Overview

Quantity - 25 rounds per box
Manufacturer - Remington
Load - 20 ga 2-3/4" 7/8 Ounce #9 Lead Shot Target Load

This 20 Gauge shotshell from Remington’s ShurShot line of ammunition is loaded with ⅞ ounces of #9 lead shot. #9 shot’s .08” diameter pellets are stellar for trap, skeet, and clays, so they see a lot of use at Olympic level sporting events. This shell’s hard and uniformly spherical pellets will pattern consistently shot after shot, and their 1,200 fps muzzle velocity is widely regarded by many as the sweet spot for clay busting ammunition. By sheer virtue of these pellets’ size this shell contains a great number of them -- just over 500, to be approximate -- which will also give you a good shot to take smaller game like dove or woodcock without turning their trophies into mincemeat.

Remington’s sturdy plastic hull, sensitive primer, substantial wad, and clean burning propellant all come together splendidly to optimize this shell’s performance at the range. With 25 of them in your shell pouch, you’ll be perfectly poised to win some bragging rights after a rousing game of trap.
