Hornady has earned a reputation for providing high quality ammunition that is very reliable. These 300 AAC Blackout rounds are loaded into new production, boxer primed brass cases that are re-loadable. The projectiles are 135 grain FTX flex tips that exit the barrel at 2,085 feet per second. Hornady engineered Flex Tip projectiles for lever action guns but the bullets displayed excellent controlled expansion, even at high velocities, and are now loaded in handgun and rifle ammunition as well.

Since 1949, Hornady has been producing projectiles and ammunition under the philosophy, "Ten bullets through one hole." Throughout their history, they have been responsible for several major advances in the projectile industry. Their ammunition and projectiles are manufactured in America in their Grand Island, Nebraska facility.
