Hornady American Whitetail ammunition is engineered to deliver big knockdown power. Each round in this box of 20 is boxer primed in new production brass cases that are re-loadable. The projectiles are Hornady's legendary InterLock bullets that weigh 180 grains and are optimized for whitetail deer hunting.

InterLock bullets have a raised ring inside the copper jacket that keeps the lead core fused to the copper jacket throughout expansion, resulting in fantastic weight retention. You can expect to see around 2,960 feet per second and 3,501 ft lbs. of energy at the muzzle.

Hornady's philosophy for ammunition is "Ten bullets through one hole." This idea has made Hornady a world-leading innovator of projectiles and loaded ammunition. Hornady has earned a reputation for providing shooters and hunters with high quality products that are very reliable. Their ammo is American made in Grand Island, Nebraska.
