250 Rounds of .38 Spl Ammo by Hornady Critical Defense - 110gr JHP

Out of Stock

Ammo Overview

Quantity - 25 rounds per box; 10 boxes per case
Manufacturer - Hornady
Bullets - 110 grain Flex Tip jacketed hollow point (JHP FTX)
Casings - Nickel-plated Boxer-primed brass

This 38 Special cartridge by Hornady features a 110 grain Flex Tip jacketed hollow point bullet. The Flex Tip is Hornady’s own invention, a soft tip on the bullet that compresses inward on impact to trigger immediate expansion much like as in a polymer tipped 22 WMR. Flex Tip technology also includes the InterLock ring, which locks the high antimony lead core of the bullet into its jacket to promote penetration and weight retention.

This round’s bullet’s heavy jacket that extends over its shank enhances its accuracy, and its hollow point mushrooms for devastating damage, making it an ideal choice for personal protection. The cartridge’s brass casing sports a nickel plating, which both facilitates in feeding and ejection and guards it against corrosive forces. This cartridge is fully reloadable with its Boxer primer, so 250 of these beauties will give you all you need to hone the art of self-defense for ages.
