50 Rounds of .38 Spl Ammo by Remington - 158gr Lead Round Nose

Out of Stock

Ammo Overview

Quantity - 50 rounds per box
Manufacturer - Remington Target
Bullets - 158 grain Lead Round Nose (LRN)
Casings - Boxer-primed brass

This 38 Special cartridge sports a 158 grain projectile, which is common for its caliber and the same weight in which it was initially offered. Its lead round nose bullet is a popular type owing to a number of factors -- it is relatively less expensive to produce than most other kinds of bullet, feeds well in a great variety of weapons, is very accurate, and has the ability to deform somewhat upon impact. The result is a cartridge that’s ideal for plinking, training, target practice, and practically anything else you could do with a handgun. This bullet’s only real drawback is its lead composition, which makes it unfit to fire in areas where the use of toxic ammunition has been banned.

This cartridge further offers a brass casing, which is fit for handloading along with its non-corrosive Boxer primer. This round perfectly exemplifies Remington’s reputation for making only quality ammunition and offers tight tolerances, a long shelf life, clean burning powder, and well-made components.
