This .380 ACP FMJ ammo is ideal for plinking, target shooting and self defense training. Bullets are true copper over lead, and ammunition is loaded in brass cases. It is not recommended that you use this ammunition for self-defense as .380 FMJ rounds are notorious for overpenetration. Velocity for these rounds hovers at around 950 feet per second with energy being 191 foot pounds of pressure.
