Ammo Overview

Quantity - 50 rounds per box; 10 boxes per case
Manufacturer - Winchester
Bullets - 180 grain full metal jacket (FMJ)
Casings - Purple tinted brass

Made in the USA and produced just for a large, specific, titled government agency, this Winchester .40 S&W Training ammo was produced for range officers to be able to immediately recognize that it was in use. Even though these cases have a profound purple tint to them, the performance of the bullet and the functionality of the round itself are not affected in the slightest.

These Winchester .40 caliber rounds come loaded with a lead core 180 grain projectile that is surrounded by a thick copper full metal jacket. The bullets are loaded into new production, purple tinted, heavy duty, reloadable, non-corrosive Boxer primed, thick brass cases. They feature a muzzle velocity of 1020-feet per second, and they have an ideal muzzle energy of 416-foot pounds. These rounds are the perfect choice for any training class, range day, family plinking session, shooting competitions, IDPA, IPSC, or any other pistol shooting fun. Easy to transport in 10 boxes that hold 50 rounds each, these Winchester loads are a rare sight in the world of ammunition. Pick up a few cases in their 500 round packs today, and you will always have enough for your next tactical training class.
