Do you miss taking Wolf’s economical 7.62x39 ammunition to the gun range? Then say hello to an old friend! This Turkish-made ammunition doesn’t break any laws against Russian imports. Better yet, it’s cleared for takeoff at ranges which disallow magnetic bullets!

Wolf’s bullets usually have bimetal jackets. This ammo’s 123 grain FMJs, on the other hand, have copper jackets: a nonferromagnetic metal that doesn’t do jack squat in the presence of a magnet. In case we haven’t made this perfectly clear yet, this ammo’s bullets do not attract a magnet.

Its cases most certainly do, though. They are steel, which is why this ammo is significantly cheaper than any brass-cased alternative. Steel cases are worthless as reloading components, but you’ll take consolation from the fact that Wolf’s are lacquered for reduced friction during semi-automatic operation, and sealed for added safety in long-term storage.

Wolf does not load corrosive primers. These rounds’ Berdan primers are no exception from that rule.
