Magtech is no small operation. As part of the massive CBC Group, and with nearly one century of experience behind them, they’ve the resources and the know how to make ammo that you can rightly place your trust in. As such this box of 9mm cartridges is just the ticket whether you’re after a leisurely hour of perforating recyclables or you wish to whet your skill with your carry weapon.

This round is best suited for training, as its 124 grain projectile foregoes the ability to expand during penetration with its cost-effective full metal jacket. The coper sheathing is evenly applied to ensure that the bullet can whiz straighter downrange, and its hardness promotes both certain feeding in a semi-auto as well as a cleaner bore at the end of a shoot. Magtech’s responsive Boxer primers are non-corrosive, so they spark clean and store brilliantly, and their uniform brass shell casings perform seamlessly in any type of firearm, pistol or otherwise.

A: Thanks for reaching out Jon! As far as preservation of the ammo goes, there is zero difference between placing packaged ammo inside an ammo can vs. placing loose rounds inside an ammo can. The only protection a cardboard box can offer is protection against light, which an ammo can will do just as effectively. But if you store loose rounds inside an ammo can, you are going to be able to fit significantly more inside. That's it, really!
