Details

Winchester loves their customers and wants to keep them safe. That compelled them to load this very special 9mm target ammunition, which is optimal for engaging steel targets at close distance, and better yet if you are doing so within an indoor range.

The bullet is what makes it special. It is eyebrow-raisingly light at 90 grains – the sole reason why its muzzle velocity is abnormally high at 1,290 fps – and the consequence of not containing any lead at all. The bullet is frangible: made of sintered copper and other metals, which enables it to disintegrate when it collides with steel or stone. The tiny particles the frangible bullet reduces itself to create virtually zero risk of splash-back!

Even better, the frangible bullet’s lead-free construction means no lead aerosolization during ignition; no lead dust scattered about upon impact. Cleaner gun range. Cleaner skin and clothing. Massively reduced exposure to a heavy metal that wreaks havoc on the human nervous system. All yours to gain when you enlist the frangible bullet’s aid!

This ammo’s bullets are designed for training and target shooting – not personal defense. Although a frangible bullet is perfectly capable of neutralizing an attacker, it does not deliver terminal expansion. It also doesn’t guarantee a reduced risk of over-penetration, and may indeed burst through multiple layers of sheetrock.
