Details

These soft point hunting loads are a great way to up the lethality of your favorite AK-style rifle for hunting and personal protection. Each cartridge is constructed using a reloadable brass casing which offers less parts wear, more positive chamber fit, and positive extraction when compared to steel-cased loads. The brass casing is affixed with a clean-igniting Boxer primer and topped with a 124-grain projectile with an exposed lead tip; the weight matches that of typical practice and military surplus loads for consistent trajectory, recoil impulse, and operation in any Norinco, Arsenal, or Century Arms rifle.

The soft lead tip allows for ample expansion during entry into a target which will cause the bullet to yaw, slow, and transfer optimal energy to vital areas in order to achieve a clean and humane drop. This not only reduces the amount of suffering done to a deer or wild boar but decreases the chance for lethal over-penetration in the field. Buying in bulk with this 600-round package will set you up for many hunting seasons to come as well as for the occasional range visit to reconfirm the zero on your sights, red dot, or scope. Sellier & Bellot is a Czech company with nearly two centuries of experience in quality control and manufacturing.

A: The S&B 7.62x39 is a great range round as it contains no magnetic components. The core is lead and the jacketing is copper.
