The vintage looking box hasn’t changed much, for more than three decades with the cartoonish outer packaging of this excellent, well-known ammo for the .22LR. Perhaps one of the most ubiquitous rounds of the 1970’s and 1980’s was this line of .22 game loads by Remington, which served for many shooters as a staple round for plinking and trying to take out ground squirrel, rabbit and pigeons during summer vacations or on weekend “hunts” with Dad or an Uncle or our best buddies. This round is loaded with nostalgia for many of the shooters now shooting.
Remington has that kind of effect on many shooters because of their reliability and consistency as a company and through their lineup of ammunition being both reliable and consistent over the years. It just feels good to reach for the same box you’ve been shooting for 30 years and know you’re getting something familiar that you know will work well.
This package comes with 400 rounds. If you're looking to do some serious time at the range, we would suggest you consider bumping up into the bulk 4,000 round pack for sale here..
