The 9x19 (Also Known As: 9mm Luger, 9mm Parabellum, 9x19, 9mm, etc.) was conceived and designed by famous German firearms savant, Georg Luger. In 1901 the 9mm Luger took shape and was made a reality, although the famous pistol round didn't find its way into military service until the year 1902. The 9mm round would eventually go on to become the 9mm would eventually cement its place with worldwide recognition for being the standard NATO handgun cartridge.
This Remington UMC 9mm ammo is 115 grain and features the usual FMJ or MC (Short for Metal Case), copper-encased lead core design. Pick yourself up 5 of these 100 round boxes, and you will have enough to go out plinking with your family and friends or compete in one of the many pistol competitions out there. Get some now and prepare for days of fun.
In 1867, the popular UMC or Union Metallic Cartridge company was founded and started off by making firearms and ammunition. Back then, ammo and firearms were big business, just as they are today. Close to 45 years down the road, the Union Metallic Cartridge company joined forces with firearms giant Remington and created the Remington UMC we are all familiar with today.
