Hornady selected their best components to complement this range round’s performance. You can count on its new brass casing to go in and back out of a rifle again without pause, and its primer to ignite without leaving corrosive gunk in its wake. This cartridge’s propellant burns clean, and is evenly loaded so that each shot creates an identical chamber pressure to one another.

Had fun with it. I definitely noticed the difference between the 223 and 556. I will never shoot 556 indoors again. Much higher pressure than the 223. I suffered a few burns on my face from the shells bouncing off of the sidewall but It was fun. Frontier rounds were very reliable in 223 and 556. (Posted on 8/21/2021)
