Details

Federal’s 150 grain deer round for the .30-06 Springfield is a good round for hunting season because it gives you versatility on game of any size from deer to elk to moose, with the 150 grain projectile offering a nice option for the big game animals.

The brass case is reloadable with its Boxer primer and the powder charge is potent, but not over powering. It offers a great mix of power and speed; and the capability of taking large game in all sizes. The soft point projectile in this load is a classic choice for hunting and this round is a classic performer. The premium build quality is there for this load, but it is a bit of a throwback to proven technology, rather than the newest engineered design. The type of round that you know from the early years when you learned how to hunt.

Suitable for hogs, elk, deer, and other game. This is a simple, plain hunting round with a proven loadout that gets 2910 feet per second velocity and 2820 ft. lbs. of energy. It’s a cartridge that will easily work in any .30-06 firearm and the accuracy is well above average with a potential for well under 1MOA.

If you’re confident this ammo is what you want and you need a lot of it – check out the full 200 round case of this same Remington Core-Lokt 30-06 ammo for sale here.
